The Role
Under the general direction of the Program Director, the Assistant Program Director provides administrative and clinical support to milieu staff. In addition, this position is responsible for managing and monitoring day-to-day clinical operations and service delivery in activities to monitor the quality and appropriateness of client activities. The Assistant Director of Clinical Operations coordinates coverage for the facility, provides on-call administration as needed, and manages facility emergencies.
