The Role


Organizes, plans, and oversees a team of administrative support staff who provide a broad range of services across multiple business units, requiring diverse skills and knowledge of organizational policies and procedures. This role acts as a liaison between Senior Leadership and the support staff, ensuring that projects and assignments are effectively managed and aligned with organizational goals. The Senior Administrative Coordinator fosters a collaborative environment, motivating and guiding the team to enhance productivity and improve the quality of work. This position supports the mission and goals of Samaritan Daytop Village by ensuring efficient and responsive administrative operations that meet the needs of the Senior Leadership Team.

 

Responsibilities


What You Will Do


  • Organize, plan, and oversee tasks for the Administrative Coordinator team, ensuring an equitable distribution of projects and timely completion of requests.
  • Implement and maintain efficient, transparent, and measurable systems and procedures to improve team workflows and task management.
  • Foster a customer service-oriented team dedicated to providing comprehensive support to the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Act as lead or participant on projects of high complexity and/or sensitivity, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Escalate matters and seek guidance from the immediate supervisor as needed, providing regular reports and updates on team activities and project status.
  • Continuously develop professional and technical knowledge by participating in relevant training and educational workshops.
  • Maintain confidentiality on all matters, ensuring discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Perform other duties as requested by the supervisor or designee, contributing to various administrative and organizational functions.

Qualifications


Who You Will Be


  • Someone with a Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 3 years supporting multiple Executive level
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in an organization with an employee population of at least 1,000 in a multi-site setting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Project Management Software
  • Experience and comfort level utilizing software and technology in
