Talent Aquistiion Specialist, Residential & Recovery Services
The Talent Acquisition Specialist drives recruitment for residential treatment, permanent supportive housing, and recovery services programs. This role shepherds candidates through a structured hiring process— sourcing diverse talent, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless process from first outreach to offer acceptance.
Managing a pipeline of 30+ active requisitions, the Talent Acquistion Specialist partners with hiring managers to align on needs, maintain clear timelines, and uphold a high-touch candidate experience. Strong organizational skills are a must to ensure both candidate and hiring manager are informed throughout each hiring process.
The ideal candidate has recruited in behavioral health or social services before and knows how to balance high volume with high touch. Goal-driven and a critical thinker, they apply sound judgment to nuanced processes and draw energy from placing candidates in roles that truly transform people’s recovery journeys.
Additional Information
This is a full-time exempt role with an annual salary of $67,000-$78,000 with a full benefits package. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 25 days of paid time off, access to a retirement account with an employer to match, and tuition reimbursement. The compensation offered for this role is dependent on experience and credentials.
This role is located in Queens, NY, and requires two regularly scheduled days in office per week, including Tuesdays and a choice between Wednesdays and Thursdays.
