HRIS Coordinator
Samaritan Daytop Village provides life-changing services in mental health, addiction recovery, housing, and more to help individuals and families across New York rebuild their lives. We serve over 33,000 clients annually at more than 60 locations throughout the five boroughs, as well as Suffolk, Rockland, Sullivan, Westchester, and Ulster Counties.
The HRIS Coordinator supports HR operations by maintaining and managing accurate employee data in ADP and related HR systems, ensuring records are complete, accurate, audit-ready, and compliant. This role is responsible for HRIS data entry and maintenance, electronic personnel files, employment verifications, and the preparation of routine and ad hoc HR reports and metrics. The HRIS Coordinator also supports employees and internal stakeholders by addressing HR inquiries related to policies and procedures and providing personnel records.
Additional Information
This is a full-time non-exempt role with an hourly rate of $24.72-$27.47 (annualized at 35 hours per week to $45,000-$50,000) with a full benefits package. This is a hybrid role located in Briarwood, Queens with a regular schedule of Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and an expectation of working from the office 3 days per week.
